Unlike other mattress stores, we hire and certify our dedicated delivery Outfitters to be experts in sleep solution delivery and set up. It’s the only thing they do, and they’re great at it! They will even show you how to use your adjustable base and answer your questions.
Two Calls prior to delivery
We’ll call you two days ahead to confirm your scheduled delivery, verify your purchase, and walk you through our delivery process. Then, our delivery team will call 30 minutes before your delivery, just to give you a heads-up that they’re on the way. And you can track your delivery to your doorstep from our website.

Expert bedding

Whether it’s as simple as putting a new mattress in place, or more complex like an adjustable bed set, we’ll make sure everything is properly installed. Before they bring in your new bedding, they’ll do a quick walk-through of your home to find the optimal route to ensure a safe, damage-free delivery. We even vacuum underneath the bed!
Instructions on use, cleaning and maintenance
Our delivery Outfitters will walk you through the correct way to use and maintain your new purchase, i.e., how often to rotate your mattress, and show you how to operate any devices like remote controls.
Eco-friendly haul away service
In the U.S. alone, approximately 20 million mattresses are discarded every year, with most ending up in landfills. Not at Sleep Outfitters! We recycle every mattress that we haul away.
